The property is fully rented, giving you complete privacy. Space composition includes one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a living room with a sofa bed (120 cm extended), a spacious bathroom with a shower tub, and a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, electric oven, refrigerator, crockery and essential utensils.

You also have access to a private courtyard, perfect for relaxation. Facilities include free WiFi, TV in the bedroom, heating, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and bed linen and towels included. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house, and in the yard upon request and with prior reservation. Guest access is made easy and flexible through a smart lock with a code that will be communicated before arrival.
